JEF is an independent third-person surreal adventure game. You wake up as an alien from Karzalinx, not knowing what your name is or how you got there. Soon you discover that your planet has been taken over by a giant cult in an evil spa. You have to find a way to escape through a space-time ganglion that can take you to various alien colonies across the universe. Your goal is to get to Earth where aliens are trying to right the wrongs of humans by doing things like forcing former billionaires to assemble Ikea furniture for regular people. Among all the confusion on a newly colonized planet, you hear about a kidnapped scientist who can help you find out what his name is. *** The game takes about an hour if you go through it at a regular pace. To do all the achievements, maybe another hour or two. *** This game is more about having an experience and less about mechanics, strategy, high scores, etc. It may not be for everyone. *** It's a pretty heavy resource. I like trying to make these experiences as beautiful as possible. The lowest machine I could test it on was with 8GB of RAM and an NVidia GTX780ti. If you can use something lower, let me know!
