Morels is a relaxing adventure game about mushroom hunting and wildlife photography. Find as many morel mushrooms as possible by capturing photos of the wildlife you find while enjoying the sounds and experiences of nature around you. Starting in the Southeast region of the United States, you'll have 100 days per season as you unlock new regions along your journey and discover hunting secrets, plus a few surprises! A note from the developers: we are a small but very passionate team of brothers. We love hunting for growing morel mushrooms. We still do this every year. One of the best things about mushroom hunting is just being in nature. We took a lot of photos while hunting, and that's how the game came about. We wanted to create the feeling of being in nature, hunting mushrooms and photographing the beautiful environment around you in a game without having to hunt something with a gun. Although one of the main objectives of the game is to collect mushrooms, it is not a mushroom hunter simulator. Get access to new hunter levels by becoming a master and survivor hunter! Earn points by finding mushrooms and photographing wildlife to purchase valuable items at The Shop, such as insect repellent to prevent ticks, first aid kits, raincoats to help save energy on rainy days, headlamp for night hunting, upgraded camera and even a horse or a quad bike rides around! Complete weekly tasks, including finding a certain number of mushrooms or photographing specific animals for extra points. 7 unique maps across the United States with exciting terrain and surprises! Find and learn about other edible mushrooms. Beware of poisonous ones! See all your photos in your photo book. They are also saved on your PC to view at any time! Learn tips and tricks in your Hunter's Handbook to help you throughout the season. Unlock new pages by climbing the hunter levels! Exploration Mode: Play as an animal! You will also be rewarded with a point handicap and unlock all regions from day 1! Unlock new animals and have fun exploring, although this mode does not count towards achievements or records. Customize the game according to your interests, choosing from a wide list of different songs or just enjoying the calming sounds of nature.
