Shortly after the events of “Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari” “… Reiho School, where the battle took place, has these Big Four, which are feared by all the other schools around. And at the top of the Big Four, only one man reigns: Masao Kobayashi. Here is one of his stories. Back in high school, a mysterious event led him to meet a boy named Mizoguchi, who was actually a time regulator, pursuing an evil organization that disrupted the balance of space-time. After discovering that Kobayashi has a hint of mysterious power in him, Mizoguchi sends them together to take down this evil organization. So when Kobayashi's friend is kidnapped by the evil organization, he puts on a calm face while burning with rage inside. He has to go rescue his friend and put an end to this evil organization.
